Blogmas Day 13: What I’m listening to Wednesday — Christmas playlist

Once again, it’s time for “What I’m listening to Wednesday!” Last Wednesday, I shared my “Songs for a rainy day” Spotify playlist. This Wednesday, I’m getting into the holiday spirit and sharing my Christmas playlist! Keep reading to check it out, and be sure to leave a comment below with any suggestions of songs I should add.

December means it's almost Christmas and that means it's time for Christmas music. Check out this #HBJblogmas post for my Christmas playlist! | BLOGMAS DAY 13: WHAT I'M LISTENING TO WEDNESDAY — CHRISTMAS PLAYLIST | HONEYBEE JOYOUS

As I’ve mentioned here before, I love making Spotify playlists for every mood and occasion. This week, I’m sharing music for one of my favorite occasions: Christmastime!

My Christmas playlist includes some old school classics (like “White Christmas” by Bing Crosby, which reminds me of my favorite Christmas movie) and some newer classics (like “All I Want for Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey). It’s got some old favorites of mine (like my all time fav Christmas song “O Holy Night” by Josh Groban) and some new favorites too (like Dolly Parton’s version of “Go Tell It on a Mountain” and “Peace On Earth/The Little Drummer Boy” by Bing Crosby and David Bowie). It’s got songs that remind me of dancing in Christmas parades through the years (like “Run Rudolph Run” by Chuck Berry and “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” by Brenda Lee) and songs that remind me of church (like “Joy to the World” by Whitney Houston).

Overall, I’m really proud of this Christmas playlist and I hope you put it on shuffle and enjoy it yourself!
